HealthyGrowth AI is designed with privacy first. Here's exactly what we collect:

• Your name — entered during onboarding, stored only on your device
• Your daily tasks and habits — stored locally on your device only
• Your streak and progress data — stored locally on your device only
• Your night reflections — stored locally on your device only
• AI Coach conversations — sent to our secure AI service to generate responses, not stored permanently

• Personalise your experience within the app
• Power your AI Coach responses through our secure Cloudflare-protected service
• Track your habits and streaks locally on your device
• Display relevant ads through Google AdMob to keep the app free

Almost all of your data — your name, habits, tasks, streaks, and reflections — is stored using local storage on your device. This means:

• Your data never leaves your phone unless you choose to share it
• We cannot access, view, or retrieve your personal habit data
• If you uninstall the app, your local data is deleted
• Your data is not backed up to any cloud server by us

To request deletion of your data from HealthyGrowth AI, follow these simple steps:

• Step 1: Open the HealthyGrowth AI app on your device
• Step 2: Go to Settings → Clear All My Data
• Step 3: Confirm your choice

This will permanently delete all your data from the app, including:

• Your name and goal
• All habits and tasks
• Streak and progress data
• Night reflections
• AI Coach conversation history

Our AI Coach is powered by Groq AI (Llama 3.3), accessed securely through a Cloudflare Worker that protects your connection. When you send a message to the coach:

• Your message is sent securely to generate a response
• Conversations are not permanently stored on any server
• Your name and goal context are included to personalise responses
• Groq's privacy policy applies to message processing

HealthyGrowth AI uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. This helps us keep the app free for everyone. AdMob may collect certain data to serve relevant ads, including:

• Device identifiers (Advertising ID)
• General location (country/region level)
• App usage information for ad targeting

HealthyGrowth AI is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to remove that information.

You have full control over your data:

• Access: All your data is visible within the app itself
• Delete: Go to Settings → Clear All My Data to permanently delete everything
• Uninstall: Removing the app deletes all locally stored data
• Opt out of ads: Use your device's ad settings to limit ad tracking

We take security seriously. Our AI Coach API is protected by Cloudflare Workers, ensuring your conversations are encrypted in transit. No API keys or sensitive credentials are exposed in our app. Your local data is protected by your device's own security features.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
